Writing quality blog contents that keep bringing visitors to your site is one fundamental task for every blogger. Writing is tasking, but writing quality content is more tasking. Most people have blogs, but their real challenge is the ability to post daily or weekly.


Those who even post regularly also are faced sometime with writer's block, a situation when they are empty and nothing is coming like inspiration to write. 1. Keep Excel Spread Sheet or Word File of possible Post or Article Ideas: This will help you greatly to know what you want to write about weekly. When you have an intuition or inspiration from somewhere, write it down as a possible topic. You can then write and expand it later. Writing post at the spur of the moment is still ok, but taking from your list of compiled topics idea make you prepared to deliver better and faster results. Note that I have not said post title but ideas here.


2. Your Post title must be captivating: Titles are what readers see first. Therefore, writing a captivating post title will create emotion from your reader once they see it. However, your title should be the last thing to add on your blog post after writing the content. Your title will be derived from your content.

3. Create a content and not write it: According to Darren Rowse owner of Problogger, there is different between writing content and creating content. In creating content, you craft it. You take time to write it with goals of impacting and affecting your readers to use it and also keep coming back. You make the subject simplified, you communicate with your reader and he has reasons coming back to your blog once they take a successful action from your writings.



4. Make your opening line appetizing : Your opening line of your post is very important. It will either retain your readers or they go away from you blog. People do not have time and there are also competitive blogs in your niche. If your reader's emotion is not gotten, he goes somewhere else to read. Your title should therefore play on emotion, and provide a summary of what your ready need. This also goes a long way to affect the adverts that are placed on your site by google adsense.

5. Your content must be scan-able: Your content must be easy for your readers to scan and get the exactly what you are trying to drive at even if they are not reading your full article.

6.Use simple English words: You are not going to get a PHD from writing on your blog. Therefore, using big words that will require your readers to consult the dictionary before they understand what you are saying will not be good. Communicate with your reader by writing simple English. This way your reader can understand what you are saying.

7. Write SEO Friendly Content: SEO or Search Engine Optimization is important to your blog. It feeds your blog for traffic and rankings. Therefore, write on a subject you know. Use SEO rich keywords on your subject or niche to get the best result. This is one great condition that will enhance how your blog can qualify for adsense approval if you are going to apply.

8. Spur your readers to action: Nothing pains like when you make a blog post and no one follow what you have written. There should be a call to action. Write, convince and make your readers to take the desired action on the subject. This way, they get results and keep coming back to your blog.

9.  Publish your post at the right time: It is of no use to publish post that people will not read. Therefore you need to know the right time to publish you post. This also depends on your location. The best time to publish a blog post has been know to be in the morning and it should be best for Tuesdays and Thursdays if you write twice weekly or every morning if you write daily.


10. Promote your post: Posting article is not just enough, You would want your post to be read by many, therefore you will need to do post-promotion. Connect your post to all the social networks, your mailing list and a lot of other networks for readers to see it and come to your site to read it.
