The simplest way to fix wordpress “Parse Error Functions.php” when you encounter it

Sometimes you might want to adjust your function.php content to suit a particular behavior of your blog. In the process, you may encounter Parse Error Functions.php such as the message below


Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/webinternet/public_html/(my website)/wp-content/themes/youthemename/functions.php on line 719.

When it occurs, do not panic as its not a big deal. Below is the simple instructions on how to fix this error. You will be disturbed because you may not be able to log into your dashboard again with this occurence.

This is how to fix it:

First, go back to that them you downloaded which is on your computer or download it again, go into the files and lovate the functions.php file of your theme, and upload it to your theme folder.

And congrats you are done and you blog will come alive again
