How to Reapply for Google Adsense if you were banned, suspended or not accepted?

Today I am addressing the big question that has been the highest on my mail box. Reapplying for adnsense.
Many people would want to reapply for adsense for various reasons that may concern them;
For Existing Adsense Publishers
1. Who want to transfer ownership (like when you buy a website that is already running adsense and want to have your own adsense account),
2. Whose account was banned or terminated due to click fraud, violation of Google's terms of service, or for other illegal means.
Aspiring Publishers/Newbies who want to start adsense programs:
1 . Who were rejected at the initial application itself.
2. Whose site has functionality problems.
If you fall in the following category, let us go and see how you can have your account reapplied and approved
Cases for reapplying:
1. Application Was Initially Rejected
Google will reject your application if it does not meet their terms and policies.
All you need to do is to study google Google Terms of Service carefully to be sure you meet their requirements. Truth is that in some cases, they do make mistakes, therefore reapplying will be goo, but you should also read How to make your blog qualify for adsense approval
2. Your Adsense Was Banned, Suspended or Disabled
Adsense could ban publishers for click fraud or voilation of any Adsense program policies. I have seen "get-rich-quick" advertisers who run outrageous adverts of asking adsense owners to pay them for sending fraudulent over night clicks for them to make all the adsense money. Most of these adsense publishers who uses traffic sources coming from ayads.com, .co.cc etc had their adsense accounts terminated.
What google does is send a notification email to the publisher explaining why the account was banned. When you receive such an email, you have to know how to react and defend (if you are not at fault, ofcourse). In some cases it will not be very hard to reactivate your account. But in some cases such as click fraud it is really hard to get the account back on the road.
Adsense unknown to many publishers has data centers in various countries and these data centers monitors clicks.
Here are some of the causes for disabling a, Adsense account:
Click Fraud: They consider malicious, invalid or fraudulent clicks from Adsense Ads generated mainly for the purpose of personal gain in adsense revenue.
What to do?
If you notice this kind of click mistakenly, Email Google Adsense team with an apology and admitting the blame. But if you never did any wrong, they will see this situation triggered by one of your actions, even if not directly.
I advise that you send persitently mail each week, asking them you are a loyal person and would like to continue with adsense program.
In doing the above, dont follow them with confrontation as getting rude in resolving any problem will not work, even in this case.
In your mail, assure them that you are truly sorry and will make compensation to see that the click will not happen again.
If you were banned truly out of your personal mistake and you were not accepted again, I advise you get the ebook on this site " Getting Your Adsense Back from this site"
3. Change of Ownership
If you want to change ownership of an adsense for a site you bought or for some other reasons you want to add another adsense account on the site, you will need to change the owner of the website to your and then reapply for adsense after removing the adsense ads on the site.
You will also further demonstrate ownership by using a personalised email from the domain such as yourname@yourwebsite.com so long as that site was not previously banned from adsense.
One of the ways to also make sure that the site was not banned is to send a mail to adsense if the site was banned before and they are sure to reply your mail.
4. Your Account is banned due to site dis-functioning
Yes this do occur. When you have sites or pages on your site with adsense and they have the problems that causes the site to refresh automatically. There is also the issue of broken links, placing ads on pages that does not have content except only adverts etc. All these gets your account banned or not accepted.
When you have these problems, then it is important you correct them before reapplying.
5. Asking friends, to click or writing and asking users to click.
Most people who are ignorant of adsense program policies do ask their friends to click for them. Google encourages you to add at the top of each advert only phrase "Sponsered Links" or "Advertisements" around google Ads and nothing more.
Using phrease such as "Please click on the links" etc. or telling the visitors that they click your ads or using other incentives for clicks etc., are some of the reasons google can ban your account.
To solve the above, remove any incentive to click and reapply for adsense.
The adsense ebook: Getting your adsense from the scratch to using it professionally is important. If you are like me, I would want to do things right and continue to make money with adsense.
This is why I have made it simple for anyone who want to get his adsense account back, or get a new adsense account or want to have a real business with google adsense. I recommend you checkout my ebook How To Get Your Adsense Account Back or apply for a new one.
